Michelle L. Czerpak

Michelle joined Conestoga Capital Advisors when the company was founded in 2001 and became a Partner of the firm in 2018. She currently holds the position of Senior Operations Manager, where she has over twenty years of experience. In this role, she supports the company’s client service and marketing efforts.  She is also responsible for the firm’s performance calculations and composite audits. Prior to Conestoga, Michelle began her career at Martindale Andres & Company in 1999, where she worked in the operational department.  Michelle graduated from West Virginia University in 1998, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.  She currently holds a Series 63 License and is a member of Women In Investing Network.
